Shares are quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (Home Branch: Brisbane) under the code TMR.
Options have been granted to Directors and executives and are not quoted, have varying vesting periods, with exercises prices and expiry dates as detailed below.
There is no current on-market buy-back of any securities.
Generally securities are not restricted. However, in the case of executive shares these are subject to a voluntary escrow period. There are 5,000,000 shares subject to escrow as follows:
