Corporate Governance
The Board of Tamaya Resources Limited ("the Company") supports standards of corporate governance appropriate to the size and structure of the Company and its operations. A review of the Company's corporate governance framework has been undertaken in light of the best practice recommendations released by the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") Corporate Governance Council ("CGC") in March 2003 and current policies and practices, introduced over the past 12 months, are detailed in this statement.
