Experience
Chief Financial Officer since July 2004 and Joint Company Secretary since July 2006. Mr Brodie has over 17 years’ experience as a professional accountant. He gained extensive experience while working in and consulting to large companies in commodities, logistics, financial services, fleet leasing and management consulting. His experience includes CFO of a health fund, management consultant and senior financial roles in project management, financial services and fleet leasing. He has proven performance measurement, cost management and strategic development skills generated across a broad range of industries, including teaching Strategic Cost Management in the Master of Business Administration and Commerce programs at the University of Queensland.
General Manager Operations
Peter Gilligan

Experience
Peter Gilligan was appointed as General Manager, Operations on 20th January 2007. Peter has a degree in Mining Engineering from the Royal School Mines (RSM), and an MBA. He is based in Chile, where more than 30 years experience in underground and open cut operations around the world will be invaluable in optimizing Tamaya’s resource portfolio.

Nick Lindsay

Nick Lindsay was appointed as Director of Exploration and Business development on 18th December 2007. Nick previously held senior roles at CBH and Kumba Resources, and spent several years in Chile as an exploration and business development executive for Anglo American.
Company Secretary
Bill Lyne

Experience
Company Secretary since 3 February 2003. Mr Lyne has over twenty years in the role of company secretary with many different listed & other public organisations in a wide range of industries. He is Principal of Australian Company Secretary Service providing company secretarial, compliance and governance services to public companies. Director of various companies including ASX-listed Global Approach Limited and Eastern Corporation Limited.
South American Country Manager.
Stephen Playford

Experience
Steve Playford was appointed as South American Country Manager at Tamaya Resources on 14th August 2006, with immediate responsibility as General Manager of the Punitaqui operations. This was a return to South America for Steve, whose career included a spell working for a large mining contractor in South America. Stephen’s career has focused on highly disciplined, rigorous project management and organizational change management, at the Tolukuma Gold Mine in Papua New Guinea, then with Henry Walker Eltin as Administrator at the Kaiser contract in Jamaica, then at the Endeavor Mine for CBH Resources Limited, and then as Project Manager for the development of the Twin Hills Gold Mine in Northern Queensland for BMA Gold Limited.
